Tonic's End of 2024 Message

Tonic is wishing you a wonderful festive season and a Happy New Year!

We are so grateful that we get to end this year, Tonic’s 10th year, having paid off our loan which was granted to us in 2021 from the Mayor of London’s Community Housing Fund.

Following the sale of 17 apartments through the older persons shared ownership scheme, Tonic has now repaid the entire £5.7m loan in full and the Tonic@Bankhouse homes are fully occupied.

The funds have been repaid to the Community Housing Fund revolving loan facility, so that it can be used again to create more community-led housing projects. Tonic has also converted the 2 unsold shared ownership properties into affordable rented homes, which we are planning to have occupied by the end of the year.

We would like to take this opportunity to give a huge thank you to all our residents, friends, sponsors and supporters who helped us achieve this milestone and made this year such a fantastic one.

We hope 2025 is a great year for everyone and we are so excited for what is in store for Tonic next year!
