We’ve reached an exciting point in Tonic’s journey and are now looking to expand the team, following the official opening of Tonic@Bankhouse last autumn. As we continue with the sales of properties at Bankhouse and see our first residents move in, we now need to recruit for two new posts: Community Manager and Sales Manager.

As our new Community Manager you will support our residents and facilitate a wonderful inclusive community-led programme of events and activities. You will have the exciting role of initiating and facilitating our community building and will work with our residents and partners to grow a vibrant community, embracing the skills and histories of the residents and community.
As our new Sales Manager will manage our shared ownership sales and lead our customer centered sales process. You will be responsible for building a great relationship with our customers and for managing the sales within our first retirement community in central London.
These roles have opened up as our current Community and Customer Engagement Manager, Daniel Hibbs-Woodings, is moving onto exciting new pastures, and we wish him all the best in his next stage and thank him for his wonderful work in getting Tonic to where we are today.
