2022, That's a wrap!
2022 has been another very exciting and busy year for us at Tonic. We are so happy that our LGBT+ affirming retirement community, Tonic@Bankhouse, is thriving and growing.
We have been working with the current residents of Tonic@Bankhouse all year to host activities and events in the community spaces. We have also started many new relationships with charities and organisations who fundraise for us, and to also host some really fun and creative projects for the community. Tonic@Bankhouse Sales Update
Since the start of 2022, we have sold 4 more apartments at Tonic@Bankhouse, 3 more are reserved and 2 are due to be reserved by the end of the year. This will take our total to 10 apartments at Tonic@Bankhouse being sold, leaving only 9 left (only 5 two-bedrooms). You can see exactly which apartments are still available here.

Tonic will be launching a new drop-in in the New Year to help anyone feeling this way. We know how overwhelming and daunting a move can be, whether this is due to needing to downsize or just needing some extra support along the way. We will be here to talk to you and get to know your current situation, help discuss and plan any help you need.
